Face visibility
Riders and drivers must have unobstructed faces in application photos and during pickup identification. Remove face masks or coverings for these checks. Hijabs and other head coverings may remain if they leave the face visible. Apply the same identification standard to everyone; do not board until identities can be matched. These are human checks, not automatic face verification.
Application & vehicle match
Provide your license, selfie, registration, insurance, driving record and background-check consent. Admin must confirm your identity matches your license and your registered vehicle records, and record passed screening before you go online. Delivery approval does not authorize passenger transport.
Pickup identification
Check the declared passenger count and match every passenger’s face and presented photo ID to the booking before pickup, including in all African service areas. Do not board anyone missing identification. Use only the vehicle and plate reviewed in your application; never substitute an unreviewed vehicle.
Operating & payment restrictions
Only test trips are available. Set fares clearly, confirm arrival and pickup accurately and do not request off-platform payments. Live passenger operations require separate approval, lawful operating permissions and appropriate passenger-service insurance.
Conduct & privacy
Follow traffic laws, use seat belts and treat riders respectfully. Do not retain or share rider photos. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger; never misrepresent an app ID as a government permit.
Passenger service
Real bookings remain unavailable pending passenger-driving approval, operating permissions and commercial rideshare insurance. Delivery-driver approval does not authorize passenger rides.
Hiring rideshare drivers
